Critical Conversations Association is a collective of individuals, organisations, and institutions willing to launch and sustain the critical conversations about exponential population growth and untethered consumption that are the root cause of all our environmental crises.
Our MISSION is to use the catalysing power of the arts as the key to unlock these sticky and difficult conversations about exploding population and consumption on a finite planet facing climate change.

The people around us have an influence on us and impact our mindset, actions, health, attitudes, values, character and choices. We impact others in the same way. We know that when we collaborate positively, we can collectively do more than we can do alone.
We are an association with over 1000 members.

Theatre and storytelling are not only traditional methods of sharing wisdom, but also powerful tools to launch difficult conversations and bring people together for common progress.
We use the arts as our primary tool for transformation.
There is POWER in HOPE!
Without hope we have no compass. Without a compass we are likely to get lost. Through Active Hope we can find and offer our best response when facing the extraordinary challenges of our time.
